in october we visited one of our most favorite getaways at holden beach, north carolina. we spent a few last warm days introducing clem to the beach. she got her feet wet and enjoyed the sunshine. – ryan & gub

while visiting denver in october we went on this amazing scenic drive along the guanella pass in the rocky mountains! we stopped along the way so clementine could experience snow for the first time! it was quite the contrast from the sandy beach she went to a couple of weeks before. – ryan & gub

check out this cool frog! i found it blending-in on on top of some concrete. i love how the frog looks like it has a tattoo of itself on its back. that’s one hip frog! – ryan

gub’s mom converted an old playground in her backyard into a super cute gardening shed! it was a gradual renovation, but it turned out great. we were impressed with her clever re-use of the playground, which hadn’t been used in ages. here are some photos of the process! – ryan & gub

we recently went on a canoeing adventure while in columbia, sc! neither of us had been in ages, so it was a lot of fun. after living in florida for a good part of my life, it was nice to canoe without having to worry about alligators. – ryan & gub
